“Blue-chip” rigid tokens (NFT) museums have seen their floor prices and market value fall over the past 30 days, as some of the best-known projects have halved the value of these key metrics.

Data collected on DappRadar’s major Ethereum NFT projects show floor prices at well-established museums such as CryptoPunks, Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC), Mutant Ape Yacht Club (MAYC) and Moonbirds are down by a maximum of 55% in 30 days.

MAYC is the worst off of the four, with floor prices going 55% at 16.7 ether (ETH), or $ 31,300 at the time of writing. The more popular BAYC has fallen 47% to 86.7 ETH, or $ 163,000, and CryptoPunks has fallen almost 49% to 45 ETH, $ 85,000.

The only collection reached this month was Moonbirds, up 22% with 19.6 ETH floor prices, about $ 37,000 at the time of writing.

Although the floor price of Moonbirds could rise, its market value has fallen by 55% to 368 million dollars. The others have also fallen, with the biggest loss being MAYC, falling more than 71% to less than $ 610 million, while BAYC and CryptoPunks fell 62% and 51%, respectively.

Despite declining scales, museums continue to dominate NFT’s top sales over the past 30 days, with the most expensive being BAYC NFT sold for 410 ETH on May 5, valued at $ 1.2 million at the time.

A coin-free collection is at the top of the charts

A free NFT collection called Goblintown, launched on May 22, now has a market value of almost $ 50 million and is in the top 30 NFT collections.

Although the website states that NFTs have “No Roadmap. No Discord. No profit, “Goblintown is in second place for the last seven days at almost $ 23 million, according to DappRadar, which has knocked out museums such as Otherdeeds and the Bored Ape Yacht Club.

The collection contains 9,999 goblins, which premiered without actual marketing, fanfare, or standard NFT project building. The team behind Goblintown is unknown and often posts seemingly unreasonable and gross tweets from the official Twitter account.

Despite all of these factors, the museum’s floor price was 2.7 ETH, or about $ 5,000, on the OpenSea NFT marketplace at the time of writing. The most expensive NFT sold from the collection has been priced at 69.4 ETH, or about $ 130,000.
