The annual meeting of the World Economic Council (WEF) is scheduled for 22-26. May, which marks the first personal WEF international leadership event since the pandemic began.

The WEF’s program focuses on the role of new technology in the social and economic environment

The role of decentralized finance in the future of governance will be another key event that needs to be avoided. The session will discuss the need for centralization in the decision-making process and whether DeFi protocols can be without regulation. The debate will be held on 24 May from 11.00–12.00 UTC.
